Organization Settings
The Settings tab in Organization Management lets you configure your organization's behavior.
General Settings
Organization Name
Change the display name of your organization. This name appears in the navigation and is visible to all members.
- Edit the name in the text field
- Click Save
Slug
The URL-friendly identifier for your organization (e.g., acme-corp). This is set during registration and cannot be changed.
Registration Settings
Control how new members join your organization.
Auto-Activate New Members
Toggle this option to control whether self-registered users need admin approval:

|---|---|
| Off (default) | Users who join via organization code go to "Pending Approvals" |
| On | Users are immediately activated without admin approval |
When to Enable
Enable auto-activation for:
- Public training sessions
- Large onboarding events
- Self-service enrollment
Default Tracks for New Members
Select tracks that are automatically assigned to new members when they join.
- Check the tracks you want to assign by default
- Changes are saved automatically
This is useful for:
- Ensuring all new participants have access to introductory content
- Standardizing the onboarding experience
Run Settings
Default Run TTL (Time-to-Live)
Set how long labs run before automatically expiring:
- Minimum: 15 minutes
- Maximum: 1440 minutes (24 hours)
- Default: Usually 120 minutes (2 hours)
Labs are automatically terminated after this duration to free up cluster resources.
INFO
Users see a countdown timer during their lab. They cannot extend the TTL themselves.
